Recently moved back to Waxahachie and needed a repair shop i could trust. I put my 2014 GMC Sierra PU, with 92,353 miles on it to fix my air conditioning which had just stopped working, along with a bunch of other normal maintenance which I had never had performed before. (Up to now all I did was change oil/filters/tires.) I looked on Google Maps, typed in truck repair, and saw all the local places. I saw Pete's Automotive listed and it was very close to me, so on a whim, that's where i went. Everyone working there were very friendly and outgoing, as well as knowledgeable. They took by truck in on Tuesday AM and sent a COMPLETE inspection report to me! They checked seemingly everything! The AC was a leaking condenser, so they had to order parts for that. Thet allowed me to take my truck back Thursday afternoon as I had to drive to Richardson that night. I returned it Friday morning and by afternoon it was done. They gave me free rides to/from my home 4 times! The air is now working! Here is a list of additional maintenance done: oil change, transmission service (oil/filter), rear differential oil change, spark plugs and wires, serpentine and drive belts, fuel system service kit, coolant flush w antifreeze, and inspected the brakes. I couldn't be happier with Pete's Automotive service! I believe they are honest, skilled/knowledgeable, and very customer service orientated. (Did I say friendly?...LOL!)
2nd time using Pete’s Tire will definitely be a return customer outstanding work on both my Vehicles 2003 Chevy 2500hd 4x4 and 2005 Scion xB Will recommend to my friends and family
