Came in to have TPMS sensors programmed on the new wheels I had put on my truck. Without missing a beat was told let’s see if we can just program them and if we can no charge. Well Auston the Technician spent about 20 minutes not only programming my sensors but also took the time to check and make sure all my tires were at the correct pressures. I still went back up front to ask again what I owed and was told not a thing. These guys were more concerned with making a customer happy than making a buck. Definitely recommend for all there services!

Took my vehicle in to have a leaking tire repaired. I was greeted by Cody who was very friendly and professional. He let me know that it would be about 20-30 minutes before they could get to it (it was just after Monday after the July 4th holiday weekend) which was fine. I appreciated him letting me know. They had it repaired and ready in right at 30 minutes. Great job and great service!

Today I had one of those experiences when you just know that you cross paths with certain people for a reason. Gary was that person for me today. I was traveling from Kansas to Temple, Texas, and pulling a gooseneck for the first time with an over weight load. Kept dealing with straps breaking and tires blowing out and soon I found myself barely limping from tire shop to tire shop in Waxahachie from 5:30 AM till about 9 AM.. I had just drove through about a two hour hail core of a storm in Dallas and I have my nine-year-old son with me. We were both over it at this point every tire shop turned us away, saying that they didn’t have a jack big enough to lift our load. I’m defeated and ready to just give up. Cary didn’t know it, but I was sitting in the frosty crying my eyes out feeling defeated as ever, but he looked at my problem and told me he was gonna take care of it and he did. And not only did he get us back on the road, but he also talked to me and gave me helpful pointers on hauling bigger loads and tire care. That’s a kind man and good man and your shop is very lucky to have him. See less

These guys took care of me when I was in desperate need. I was traveling to my next gig and broke down outside of town. They worked with me to get me back on the road, which is my lifeline. I travel for work and not having my car would be devastating. They worked with my budget and and I'm so grateful for them. Not only did they get my car running again, I got an oil change as well. I would recommend this place anyone. There's guys are awesome and will take care of both you and your vehicle. Shoutout to Steve and Cody especially for great communication and solid work.

I can’t say enough good things about Pete’s! After taking my jeep to the dealer ship THREE separate times only to get it back and the check engine light would come on the next day for the exact issues they claimed to fix, I took it to Pete’s. Cody and his team were phenomenal! Cody had my car back to new within days and he kept me in the loop the entire time. Hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve worked with! They will have all my future business when it comes to anything vehicle related!

Chad was great. He answered all my Questions. Sent pictures of all the repairs needed. Even though my insurance was difficult he was nice and submitted all the paperwork they requested to include submitting 2 times on my behalf. He sent me an estimate before he started any repairs. Cody also assisted in getting my car towed to his shop. He would take time to explain to me what was needed in simple language I could understand. Petes works with insurance and extended service companies. Chad was very professional even though he had the claim from hell. I would give him 5 star review and recommend Chad and Pete’s Automotve

Pete's got me in the very next day for tires and alignment. Even added an oil change at the last minute with no big deal. Hard to find a decent shop these days and they hit the mark pretty well. Will definitely return for more work on my other vehicles in the future!

My wife Picked up 10 roofing nails on IH35 in her car and I needed two new tires, an inspection , and an alignment on my car. Right at $500 for all that, in the same day! Concierge service for FREE on top of that. Come on, where else is that going to happen?

Outstanding and quick!!! Truck overheated and lost all my coolant on the way to work. Was able to pull in at 11a, they determined my water pump decided to call it quits and off they went.
